This web site is really not about Dan. It's about the experience of all the people who worked with him in the past and that of those who are presently associated with him. That experience totals hundreds of years and includes kitchen design specialists, carpenters, cabinet and trim installers, home builders, remodeling contractors, and designers. Everyone on the list has made costly mistakes. They are sharing their experience here so you can avoid making the same mistakes. They want you to be able to have a pleasant experience designing and enjoy your new kitchen, avoiding the job delays, re-ordering, and just plain won't-work problems. The main challenge is making the material presented here easy to follow and useful to beginners and experienced professionals alike. Since we must assume the first time kitchen planners need to know it all, we've begun with the very most basic of information.
