Q. What else do I need to
buy to install my new shelf ? A. Not a thing. You provide
the screwdriver, we furnish everything else.
Q. How much does the
shipping cost ? A. We ship to anyplace in the
continental U.S. for a flat rate of $7.95 / shelf. Shipping will be added
when you are through shopping and prepare to check out.
Q. Will my sliding shelf
mount at the sides, or at the bottom ?
A.
Sliding shelves mount to the floor of the cabinet, or to any permanent
full-depth shelf. If you want a Sliding Shelf where there is no cabinet
shelf on which to mount it, we can specially make one to mount on the
sides. Click on '
Custom ' for measuring instructions.
Q. What color is the
shelving ?
A.
The wooden sides are unfinished Oak, Maple, or Birch, ready for you to
stain or use a clear finish, as you wish. The glides are white. The
Paintable Sliding Shelf is a smooth-grained import birch wood that
paints up well. The Price-Buster Side-Mounted Sliding Shelf is a 9-ply
hardwood plywood, with exposed plywood edges.
Q. What if I order the
wrong size ?
A. If
the shelf is the wrong size, simply e-mail us at
SlidingShelf@Austin.rr.com
with the correct size and ask for a return authorization. Then ship the
incorrect shelf back to us. We will send you a new shelf in the
corrected size at no additional charge. (The only amount you would pay
would be the difference in cost if the new size is in a higher pricing
category, and of course shipping.) We will not accept any un-authorized
return.
Q. How long before I
receive my shelf ?
A.
Your shelf is manufactured within 15 working days from the time we
receive your order. Shipping time varies from state to state, but
usually takes 4-6 days. So the short answer to the question is 3 to 4
weeks.
