Should any
Sliding Shelf fail for any reason
(Other than mis-use or abuse.) just let us know
and request a return authorization for the actual
Shelf or any of the componants required for it's
installation. When we receive the defective unit
we'll re-imburse your shipping costs and send you
a new Shelf or part(s) absolutely free of charge.
The Guarantee is good for as long as you own
your home. Not transferrable to new owners.
OUR ' I measured wrong ' GUARANTEE
We're
not perfect, and we don't expect you to
be perfect. If you receive your Sliding Shelves
and discover that you have given us the wrong
measurements, just let us know and ask for a
return authorization. When the return is received
we will ship a new Sliding Shelf in the correct size
at no charge. You pay only the shipping cost of
$7 / shelf (Plus the cost of shipping the incorrect
units to us.)
