Specifications:   Sliding Shelves are 22” long front-to-back. Shelf sides are 2" high x 13/16” thick Solid Poplar Hardwood.  The shelf floor is 1/4” Birch plywood.

Construction:  Sliding Shelf sides are dado-cut to capture the shelf floor, which is glued in place. The joints are Biscuit Jointery.  Glides are rated at 100# load (75# dynamic), and have a limited lifetime warrantee.  Sliding Shelves are hand sanded,  ready for staining or painting, and are pre-assembled.

Easily installed to the cabinet floor or to existing kitchen or pantry shelves. Everything you need is included.  You furnish the screwdriver, we send everything else.

Obvious Quality.  The Hand Crafted quality is obvious in every Sliding Shelf from Shelf That Glides.  Made of Native Poplar Hardwood, the beautiful wood grain in each Pullout Shelf is a joy to behold.

Tough-Tested Glides.  Our glides that have been tested through 100,000 open/close cycles, and each Pull Out Shelf will carry a 75-lbs load.  They pull out about 16-1/2", revealing everything on the shelf for you.  (Full-Extension Glides, which pull out the full 22", are only available in the Deep Poplar Pull Out Shelves.)

Poplar Hardwood takes any color stain exceptionally well, or is beautiful with just a seal coat.  Mineral deposits absorbed while the tree grows create varying coloration throughout, providing the intriguing natural beauty of this wood.  Lighter stains let this coloration show through, darker stains tend to even out the variations somewhat.
