CONSTRUCTION: Sides are 1/2" thick 9-ply Baltic Birch 2-3/8" Tall, with 1/4" thick plywood bottoms routed in (fully-captured). No melamine or particle board here. Length of your new Sliding Shelf is 22" front-to-back,which will fit nominal 24" deep kitchen cabinetry. (If you require a different length front-to-back, be sure to let us know.) All joints are glued. Sliding Shelves are assembled and hand-sanded. No edge banding is required for 9-ply Baltic Birch. (see picture inset) Blum brand 3/4-extension glides have a lifetime warrantee (Tested through 100,000 open/close cycles.) Full-Extension glides also have a life-time warrantee..
INSTALLATION: These Frame-Mounted Sliding Shelves are easily installed at the bottom or anywhere in the center of any cabinet opening. Back of glide slips into back-supports (included) that attach to the back cabinet wall. Front of glide simply fastens to the front cabinet frame. No permanent shelf required.
If you select the Bottom-Mount option this Sliding Shelf will fasten to the cabinet floor or to any permanent shelf using our specially-threaded 'L' brackets.
FINISHING: Sliding Shelves are shipped unfinished, ready for staining or painting, your choice of colors.
CUSTOM SIZES: To select the correct size, simply click on the drop-down menu in Cabinet Opening, above and find the proper cabinet opening size range. Then when you check out, type in the actual width - within 1/16" - in the 'additional question ' field for each size Sliding Shelf. (Don't hesitate to
